DANCE & FITNESS CLASSES:
(Jazz Dance for Beginners)
A combination of modern/contemporary dance, jazz and classical ballet. Designed for beginners. This class is basic in every respect, with its emphasis on the beauty and safety of movements. Students will learn dance vocabulary and will be exposed to a wide variety of music. Jazz shoes (or bare feet) and a comfortable outfit should be worn. (75 minute class)
(Jazz Dance for Advanced)
Students should have a background in dance, as they will be exposed to complex combinations and breathing. Students will learn how to express themselves in dance using space, imagination, and movement. Emphasis will be on individual dance eloquence. Bare feet or jazz shoes are fine. (75 minute class)

(Stretch & Tone Work-out)
This class is for everyone who wants to stretch and tone their body. People of all ages are encouraged to attend. Emphasis will be on increasing flexibility and strength, and proper breathing will be taught. Floor exercises will dominate, so students should bring a malong or similar matting. Street or jazz shoes. (1 hour class)
(Aero-Kickboxing)
Low- and high-impact cardiovascular exercises combining aerobics, kickboxing, stretching, strengthening and a little bit of dancing. Students should be in generally good condition with no heart problems. Street or jazz shoes. (1 hour class)
